Everyone has a destiny and even if undiscovered, a gift from God to help them find their way. While we don't always know what part of our plan is what we presume our destiny and what part will actually reveal itself as our true fate, I believe I have found part of mine. I feel as though the work I do with the animals, mainly my cats, is a ministry in itself. In Psalm 36:6 God promises eternal life for "..man and beast.." God doesn't make any mistakes, and I believe that these animals come into my life for a reason. I know without a doubt that my life is far richer than it ever could have been without them.
There is a quote, author unknown, that says; " To wonder at an animal is to begin to understand God". That quote can almost define the pathway into a part of my soul. The animals all around us are gifts from God, some sent for companionship, some for other reasons, but always, always with a purpose. They deserve our love and our respect, and while that takes so little of our time, if you watch close enough you will see the that the gift you receive in return is far greater than anything you have imagined or could have ever given them.
On these pages, I will introduce you to part of our furry "family", I'll share with you some of the inspiring stories of others that have touched my soul, and you'll get to meet some of our rescue animals & read how our lives intertwined even if for just a brief moment in time.
These pages are dedicated to all the little angels that I have had the pleasure to cross paths with in this lifetime. Because cats really do leave paw prints on our hearts.
Enjoy.
